I graduated from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University with a degree in accounting, analysis, and audit. I have received ACCA accreditation in accordance with international financial reporting standards.

After completing my studies, I began my career as an accountant at an international real estate investment firm. I continued to develop my skills by working with Russian Railways as a deputy chief accountant for a production contractor and later as the chief accountant for the Unified Logistics Operator of Gazprom.

In 2021, I completed my studies at the St. Petersburg Institute of Depth Psychology, specializing in practical psychology. This experience has led me to pursue a career in consulting.

She has a background in finance and accounting with 15 years of experience, including work in international consulting firms. Svetlana has experience in the day-to-day operations of businesses, as well as in personnel management to increase productivity and optimize taxation. She has also implemented various accounting programs to improve business processes and interacted with head offices on behalf of clients.

Other relevant experience includes work as a chief accountant at Hitachi High Tech, where Svetlana solved problems related to tax audits, reduced costs, improved interaction with other departments, and prepared corporate reports.
Oksana Sutormina
Senior accountant

Her career as an accountant started at Stroytransgaz in Novy Urengoy, Russia, in 2007. She has been primarily involved in the construction of oil and gas pipelines for large customers such as Gazprom PJSC and Naryanmarneftegaz LLC. During her time at this company, she progressed from a junior accountant to head of a branch, a position she held until 2014.

In 2015, she relocated to Moscow, where she has worked primarily with international companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics (a subsidiary of Johnson&Johnson), and China Telecom. She has also worked with ASE Rosatom. As a leading accountant, the main partners included companies such as Megafon, Sberbank, and Alibaba, among others, who participated in an international project for the construction of a nuclear power plant in El Dabaa.

In 2021, she received recognition as the Best Employee of the Year in China Telecom Europe.

She joined GTA in 2023 to work on projects in Dubai as a senior accountant, where she has been involved in many interesting projects and works with professionals, with a strong desire to grow within the company.
Yulduz Usmanova
Audit Manager

She began her career at a pharmaceutical company as a material accountant. As her interest in international financial accounting standards grew, she enrolled in a program to study and obtain a diploma in those standards. Soon after, she was offered a position at KPMG as a senior accountant.

Since 2015, she has been working as a chief accountant for several well-known companies, including Patentes Talgo and KPMG. She has also worked with a Dutch firm, assisting with the automation of invoicing for European entrepreneurs. This experience has been aided by her knowledge of accounting and experience with accounting automation and CRM systems.

Currently, she is in the process of obtaining an ACCA qualification.

Yulia Tsvetkova, Ph.D
Senior accountant

She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance, of which the last ten years have been spent in consulting for international companies. She has worked with companies from various industries, including construction, manufacturing, trade, hospitality, services, and budgetary organizations.

She is fluent in Russian, English, and French. In addition to her work experience, she has completed an internship in Germany in the field of financial management and received a scholarship from the German DAAD. She holds professional certifications as an auditor, accountant, IFRS expert, and software tester. She has also published articles in various publications, including Accounting and Le Courrier de Russie.

In 2011, she defended her dissertation on cash flow management. In 2022, she completed her studies at ESC Pay Business School in France, where she received a degree in international finance. She has also studied at universities in India and the United States.
Zaruhi Arzumanyan

She graduated from the Russian-Armenian University in Armenia with a Bachelor of Laws degree. She later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the American University of Armenia.

She has gained professional experience with Legelata LLC, one of the leading law firms in Armenia, and Ardshinbank, the largest bank in the country. In these positions, she worked as a senior associate, specializing in banking and finance, international trade, intellectual property rights, and labor relations.

Her experience also includes working with companies such as Zara, Gap, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, and LC Waikiki. She has also worked with the well-known Spanish construction company, Corsan-Corviam Construcción S.A. Additionally, she has experience with international banks like ADB, EDB, and EBRD.

Zaruhi is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English, and has a basic command of Spanish, which is an asset for her work.

I graduated from the Russian State Social University in Moscow between 2016 and 2019 with a Master’s degree in Law and Juvenile Justice.

In 2016, I worked for 9 months in the Russian Investigative Committee on a voluntary basis. From December 2016 to February 2019, I was employed at the Tsaritsyn Office of the Federal Bailiff Service in Moscow as a senior specialist in the 2nd category. After that, from May 2017, I worked as a bailiff.

I received the rank of a 2nd-class lawyer from the Ministry of Justice. Between July 2019 and October 2021, I worked at CPA YOUR RIGHT LLC as a legal advisor. (Outsourcing company, representation of insurance companies and banks in courts and other government agencies)

From January 2022 to September 2023, I was the sole lawyer at Easy Trading LLC. The company is engaged in international trade (import of fruit to the Russian Federation).
